01About these terms

The High Rep Society is a fitness coaching business run by Christian in Newmarket, Suffolk (“we”, “us”). Contact us at [email protected].

How we use your personal information is explained in our privacy notice.

02Joining

Before you start, Christian confirms your plan, price and start date with you in writing (a message or an email).

Prices are shown on this site in pounds (GBP). If the price of your membership changes, we’ll tell you before the new price applies to you.

03Memberships and payment

  • Group, online and app memberships are monthly and paid in advance.
  • Personal and partner training is paid as agreed when you book.
  • App membership gives you workouts, guidance and tracking to train independently. It doesn’t include personal check-ins or individual coaching feedback; those come with Online Training.

04Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a monthly membership by telling Christian. The notice period and any refund are confirmed with you when you join.

If you join online or by phone, UK consumer law gives you 14 days to change your mind. If you ask to start training within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay for what you’ve had up to that point.

05Personal and partner sessions

If you can’t make a session, let Christian know as early as you can. A session cancelled at short notice may be charged; the notice period is confirmed when you book.

If Christian has to move a session (for example because of illness or unsafe weather), he’ll offer you another time or a credit.

06Your health and safety

  • Before you start, tell Christian about any injury, medical condition, medication or pregnancy that could affect your training, and keep him updated if anything changes.
  • If you’re unsure whether exercise is right for you, check with your GP first.
  • Train within your limits. Stop and tell your coach straight away if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell.
  • Outdoor sessions run in most weather. Wear suitable clothing and footwear and bring water.

07The THRS app

  • Your account is for you only. Keep your sign-in details private.
  • Programmes written for you are for your personal use, not for sharing or resale.
  • Access to the app ends when your membership ends. We keep improving the app, so features may change.

08Photos and video

We sometimes take photos or video at sessions. We’ll ask before using any image in which you can be identified, and we never use images of children without a parent or guardian’s consent.

09Our responsibility to you

We take care to coach safely. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

We aren’t responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for personal belongings brought to sessions.

10Under 18s

Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian’s consent to train with us.

11Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
